Booth Policies
Tools for Transformation are shipped via USPS Flate Rate Priority Mail. We offer combined shipping at $1 per each additional item.
For your convenience and security we accept both Paypal and Google Checkout.
Payment must be received prior to the appointment.
While I understand that things happen, the first missed appointment will be rescheduled but subsequent missed appointments will result in forfeited payment.
For phone conversations in the U.S., I will call you. SKYPE is also available. International clients will call me.
If you are not satisfied with any paid coaching or intuitive session, we’ll schedule your next one at no charge!
Tools for Transformation (Products): Returns are accepted within 7 business days for store credit only.

Tools for Transformation (Products) are shipped via USPS Flate Rate Priority Mail. We offer combined shipping at $1 per each additional item.
Your order will be sent via US Domestic or International Priority Mail. We are happy to combine shipping on purchases made on a single invoice, with a one dollar packing/handling charge added per each additional item. Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days after payment has cleared.
