LaTresa has been coaching others long before the word "coach" became popular. For the past six years, LaTresa has been working with individuals and empowering them as they transform their lives. She spent many years being mentored and trained by very successful career and life coaches and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

I currently offer Live Sessions up to 60 minutes, and various Email Support methods. Ideally, we meet once a week - but the schedule & duration ultimately depends on your pace and goals. We can discuss your long term and short term needs before you make any commitments.
I am confident about my ability to coach a willing client, and the FREE Trial Session is a great way to assess our coaching chemistry. If you are not satisfied with any paid session, we’ll schedule your next one at no charge!
